What file formats do you support for resumes?
We support PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats. Our AI can parse most standard resume formats automatically. For best results, use a clearly structured resume with standard section headings.
How accurate are the career roadmaps?
Our AI analyzes thousands of job postings and career progression patterns to provide accurate recommendations. However, timelines and paths can vary based on individual circumstances. We recommend using LADDR as a guide alongside your own research and professional judgment.
Can I update my roadmap as I progress?
Absolutely! Mark certifications and projects as completed, add notes, and generate new analyses as you develop new skills. Generate as many analyses as you need to track your progress over time.
What if I don't have a job description?
No problem! Just enter the job title you're targeting, and our AI will generate typical requirements and skills needed for that role based on industry standards and current job market data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your resumes and career information are stored securely and never shared with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period, then automatically revert to the free tier.
Do you offer refunds?
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with LADDR Pro, contact us at support@laddr.pro and we'll work with you to make it right.
Are the certifications and courses free?

The AI analysis is taking too long
Analysis typically takes 30-60 seconds. If it's been more than 2 minutes, refresh the page and try again.
I can't log in to my account
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password. If you're still having issues, contact support@laddr.pro with your account email.
My payment didn't go through
Check that your card information is correct and has sufficient funds. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Contact support if the issue continues.
